Baja Norte

Baja Norte stretches from Tijuana south to Punta Banda, a 150 km strip of cold-water Pacific coast that has been the nearest international surf trip for LA and San Diego surfers since the 1960s. The famous K-mile markers along the Rosarito-Ensenada highway (K-38, K-55, K-58) deliver consistent NW-fed reef breaks; Punta Banda and offshore Todos Santos Island handle the biggest winter swells in the country. Best November-March; N/NE Santa Ana winds blow offshore.
